Refunds & Cancellations

Draft — not yet reviewed by a lawyer. This refund policy describes what the platform actually does today, written from the database schema and the code rather than from a template. It has not been reviewed by counsel and should be before anyone relies on it. If something here does not match how the product behaves, the product is right and this page is wrong — tell us at mail@reallyfeproductions.com.
All-Access membership — $5/month
- Cancel any time. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, then it simply stops. No cancellation fee and no notice period.
- First charge: if you cancel within 14 days of your first payment and are unhappy, ask and we will refund it in full.
- Renewals are not refunded by default, because you had the month. If a renewal caught you out — you meant to cancel, or you never used it — write to us. We would rather refund it than keep money from somebody who did not want to spend it.
- If we take the platform down or remove what you paid for, we refund the unused part without being asked.
Merchandise
Merchandise is sold and shipped through Shopify. Unworn, unwashed items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Faulty or wrong items are replaced or refunded, and we cover the return shipping. Custom and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless faulty. Start a return by emailing mail@reallyfeproductions.com with your order number.
Raffles and giveaways
- Points entries are not refundable. Points have no cash value, so there is nothing to refund — but if a raffle is cancelled before the draw, every entry’s points go back on the ledger.
- Paid entries are refundable until the raffle closes. After the draw, they are not — the draw has happened and the result is real.
- A free entry route is always available where the law requires one. See the raffle rules.
Promotional services
Bookings made through Book are refundable in full until work starts. Once a slot is scheduled or production has begun, what is refundable depends on what has been done, and we will tell you plainly rather than pointing at a clause.
How to ask
Email mail@reallyfeproductions.com with what you bought and what went wrong. A human reads it. Refunds go back to the original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days to appear, which is your bank’s timing rather than ours.
None of this limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
