Reallyfe Street Starz Raffles — Sweepstakes Official Rules

Rules version v1 · Sponsor: Reallyfe Productions · Every entry records the version it was made under

No Purchase Necessary

A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning. Entry is earned through free participation.

1No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Points used to enter are earned for free through ordinary participation in The Lobby — the daily check-in and the other ways to take part as they open. Points cannot be purchased. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

2Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family and household members are not eligible.

3How to Enter

During a raffle’s entry period you may enter in either of these ways, both of which are shown on that raffle’s own page:

  • With points. Each raffle states its own price in points per ticket. Tickets are priced linearly — ten tickets cost ten times the stated price. Points are earned, never bought.
  • Free. Where a raffle carries a free entry, every member may take one free ticket, once, at no cost. This is the alternate method of entry, and it sits in the same pool and is drawn on the same terms as any other ticket.

Where a raffle does not carry a free entry, a free alternate entry may be requested from the Sponsor before that raffle’s deadline — see Contact. Per-member limits and total ticket caps are stated on each raffle and are enforced at entry.

4Entry Period & Drawing

Each raffle lists its entry deadline and a countdown to it. Entries close at that deadline, or earlier if the Sponsor closes the raffle. One winner is selected per raffle unless stated otherwise on that raffle, and the result is final.

The drawing is run by the Sponsor after entries close — it is a deliberate action, not a timer that fires itself. The winning ticket is selected by a deterministic function of a recorded random seed applied to the frozen, ordered list of entries, weighted by ticket count. The seed is stored alongside the result, so the same draw run again lands on the same ticket and can be audited.

5Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible tickets in that raffle. Your odds are your tickets divided by the total, and both numbers are shown on the raffle page and update as entries come in.

Membership affects tickets, not price. An All-Access member’s points entry is granted two tickets for every one a Lobby member’s entry of the same size grants. A free entry grants one ticket at every tier. All-Access is a paid membership, and no membership is ever required to enter or to win.

6Prizes

The prize for each raffle is as described on its page, with the approximate retail value shown where one is stated. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative unless expressly stated. The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

7Winner Selection & Notification

The winner is notified in The Lobby and by email at the address given on the winning entry. Winners are not published by name on this site — a raffle’s public page says only that a winner was drawn.

8Claiming Your Prize

Winners must confirm within 7 days of notification. The shipping address given at entry is the address the prize is sent to; a winner may correct it when confirming. If a winner cannot be reached or does not confirm within 7 days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Merchandise ships free.

9Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. For prizes valued over $600 (USD), a 1099 form may be issued. Winners may be required to complete tax forms before a prize is awarded.

10General Conditions

By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, uses bots or multiple accounts, or violates the community guidelines. These rules do not create a lottery; entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

11Your Entry Details

An entry asks for your name, email, postal address and, optionally, a phone number. It is asked for at entry rather than at win because an entry is only valid if the prize can actually be delivered. It is used to run the raffle and to ship a prize, and for nothing else. Points spent on an entry are recorded on your own points ledger as a line you can read back at any time.
